How we research and review public guidance

Our guides and comparisons are designed to be traceable: first-party product claims are verified against operating products, while competitor facts are attributed to official sources and visibly dated.

Source hierarchy

For our products, we prefer the live product, production API behavior, current store listing, published legal document, and source-controlled release record. For competitors, we prefer official product pages, documentation, help centers, and store listings. We do not present search snippets or AI-generated summaries as primary evidence.

Hands-on and editorial review

Workflow guidance is tested against the real job described by the page. A scan guide checks capture, crop, page order, export, and retrieval. A voice workflow checks source versioning, pronunciation, review, and delivery. The visible review date records when the page was last checked; it is not a claim that every linked service will remain unchanged.

AI assistance and accountability

Automation and AI may help organize research, detect broken links, compare structured fields, or draft material. SECOND WIND LIMITED remains responsible for the published page. Claims that cannot be supported are removed or labeled as limitations, and generated examples are not presented as customer results.

Corrections

If a product fact, link, attribution, or workflow boundary is wrong, email admin@secondwindltd.xyz with the page URL and the evidence that changed. Material corrections are applied to the page and summarized in the public changelog.
